as some of you may know i havnt been in for a little while, well i have spent most my evenings messing with my car.
by the way i ditched the idea in refurbing my wheels and bought a new set. also i had a custom air scoop made some mods cant be seen for example all new uprated hoses under the inlet manifold, also had some brackets made up to shift the battery over 25mm so that i could fit a feed to the new air scoop.
here is some pics
new wheels
6000k hids
hid kit itself
and the mess i made when fitting it
now for the air scoop i had made, it connect to the front grille so air is force through it when driving
now for the the engine
thank god all that uploading is finished.
anyway guys that been keeping me away for the past few weeks, and ithe car is so far from being finished

lol jess, yes there is more work to be done
to be honest it will never be finished. my next plans are having the mirrors sprayed matt silver, same as the new leons and audi's.
fitting a front mounted intercooler,
car has already been lowered 20mm but im going for another 20-30mm
stage 2 remap so should see around 300-315 bhp
i am in the middle of fitting a oil catch can, this looks very pretty, however room is getting tight in the engine bay.
by the time these mods are done i will have another list of things to do
thanks for your interest jess |

Sounds cool, Sam.
I was wondering how much can you lower your car? Or there any rules/laws that defines how low you may go? Here in Belgium they have laws on it. Here, they must have a ground clearance (hope this is the right word) of 11 cm (there's a tolerance of 2 cm, so that gives 9 cm). A car has to be approved every single year in belgium (if you buy the car new, I believe its after 4 yours you can for the first time to the inspection), so you hear the weirdest things on how they get their cars approved. |
